R2010

Dasic R2010 is a high performance gel cleaner formulated to remove even the most stubborn of soils encountered on rail carriage exteriors. Being a free-flowing gel, it is easy to apply, but clings well to vertical surfaces and is very economical in use.
Dasic R2010 has no hazard classification under the CHIP Regulations and does not present an operator hazard under proper use conditions.
Dasic R2010 does not contain any environmentally hazardous substances and is expected to be readily biodegradable.
USE INSTRUCTIONS
Ensure that carriage doors and windows are shut prior to commencing.
1. Brush application
Dasic R2010 should be spread evenly over the carriage surfaces using mild agitation and left in contact for 10 to 15 minutes. This should be followed by thorough rinsing with cold water.
2. Low pressure gel application
Dasic R2010 should be applied to the surfaces in a thin layer using low pressure gel application equipment (Dasic International can supply details of suitable equipment upon request). The gel should be left in contact for 10-15 minutes. Heavily soiled areas should then be brushed and the whole surface thoroughly rinsed with cold water.

Dasic R2010 is packed in 25 litre polythene containers, 200 litre polythene containers and 1000 litre IBCs.
HEALTH and SAFETY INFORMATION
Although Dasic R2010 does not have a hazard classification under the CHIP Regulations, it is a mildly acidic material and could cause significant eye irritation. Prolonged skin contact could also cause irritation. The wearing of impervious gloves and eye protection is recommended. Further protective clothing may be required according to the quantities being handled and the risk of splashing. Always consult the Dasic Safety Data Sheet before use.
R2020
A water dilutable hand-applied general interior and exterior cleaner.
High performance water dilutable cleaner for the manual cleaning of rail and rain carriage interiors and exteriors
USE INSTRUCTIONS
For external use
Dasic R2020 may be applied either by brush or by specialist foam application equipment (Dasic can supply details of suitable application equipment for this purpose). The following dilution rates should be used:
1 Very light soiling - Dilute in warm or cold water to 2% concentration.
2 Average soiling - Dilute in warm or cold water to 5% concentration.
3 Heavy soiling - Dilute in warm or cold water to a maximum concentration
of 20%.
Solutions of Dasic R2020 should not be allowed to dry out on carriage surfaces. This is particularly important for glass windows. Cleaning schedules should be organised to ensure cleaning solutions can be rinsed before drying out.
For internal use
Dilute with hot or warm water at a rate of 2-5% depending on soiling and apply with brush or cloth. Wipe or rinse off with cold water. Regular cleaning cycles will maintain cleanliness and appearance of internal areas. Do not use on cloth or vinyl-lined upholstery.

R2130
Cleaner for removal of iron oxide deposits from rolling stock under frames.
Underframe Cleaner
USE INSTRUCTIONS
Bogie and underframe cleaning : R2130 should be applied by brush, spray, or by specialist foam application equipment. Foam application will give the best performance. R2130 should be used at a dilution of 1 part R2130 to 6 parts water on heavily soiled areas. Routine cleaning should be carried out at a dilution of 1 part R2130 to 20 parts water (5% dilution).
It is useful to allow the cleaner to penetrate heavy soiling for up to 20 minutes prior to rinsing. After agitation of the soiled surface by brush, R2130 should be rinsed off with fresh water, using pressure washer. It is recommended that routine cleaning should be carried out on a 6 monthly cycle.
Workshop floors : The recommended use dilution is one part R2130 to 20 parts water. Apply the solution by mop or spray and allow to penetrate the soil for up to 20 minutes. Agitate with a stiff broom. Rinse the area with water.
Workshop walls : Apply at a solution strength of 1 part R2130 to 20 parts water, preferably via foam generating equipment. Allow to penetrate the soil for a few minutes before agitation with a mop and rinsing with water. Care should be taken on painted walls. Always test on a small area first to ensure that the paintwork will not be damaged.
NOTE: Care should be taken to ensure that R2130 solutions are not allowed to dry out on painted surfaces. R2130 solutions may also damage glass if allowed to dry prior to rinsing.

R2090
A fast and easy to use solution to the perennial problem of removing chewing gum.
A new generation chewing gum remover for rail vehicle interiors
USE INSTRUCTIONS
Dasic R2090 is used as supplied. It is best applied from a plastic squeezy bottle with a narrow spout. The product is applied direct to the deposit and left for 10-15 minutes.
The deposit is softened and can then be removed using a fine abrasive pad followed by rinsing with fresh water or a mildly alkaline interior cleaner such as Dasic R2020 or Aerokleen B. Where rinsing is not possible, wipe surface with a damp cloth after removal of deposit.

Dasic R2090 is supplied in 5 litre tins, packaged in cartons of 4 x 5 litre tins.
